With over 8 years of experience, Asha is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor who shares the transformative power of yoga with students of all levels. As the owner of Yogasan15, she brings a wealth of knowledge and deep insight to the platform. Her background includes extensive training in yoga, including a Diploma in Yoga from Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, giving her a solid foundation in both the physical and spiritual dimensions of yoga. Asha’s approach emphasizes holistic wellness, helping students cultivate lifelong practices that promote inner peace and overall well-being. She has successfully completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) as per the guidelines and standards set by Yoga Alliance USA. This comprehensive program involved intensive practice and study of Yoga Sciences.
